· 4 YEARS OR MORE OF MM, SD (FI/CO A PLUS) EXPERIENCE LEADING TEST PROJECTS THE IT APPLICATIONS ORGANIZATION IS CURRENTLY SEEKING A TEST LEAD TO JOIN THE AVAYA TESTING TEAM THE APPLICANT WILL DIRECT THE CREATION, PLANNING, IMPLEMENTAION AND CONTROL OF QUALITY TESTING PROGRAMS TO ASSURE SAP AND INTEGRATED APPLICATION RELIABILITY, EFFICIENCY, COMPLIANCE TO REGULATIONS AND INTERNAL STANDARD FOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT. PROVIDE OVERALL TEST DIRECTION, COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATE CRITICAL INFORMATION TO APPLICABLE PARTIES. KNOWLEDGE OF BUSINESS UNITS' FUNCTIONS AND OF SYSTEM AND TECHNOLOGY ALTERNATIVES. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, ANALYTICAL ABILITY, STRONG JUDGMENT AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS. ABILITY TO WORK EFFECTIVELY WITH CLIENT AND IT MANAGERS AND STAFF IS PREFERRED. WORK IS PERFORMED WITH MINIMAL DIRECTION AND REVIEWED BY SENIOR MANAGEMENT.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
· IMPLEMENT AND ADMINISTER A SOFTWARE TESTING PROCESS
· DEVELOP THE TEST STRATEGY, DETAILED TEST PLANS AND TEST CASES INCLUDING REQUIREMENTS TRACEABILITY AND RISK ANALYSIS
· SUPPORT TEST IMPLEMENTATION BY OVERSEEING THE PREPARATION OF THE TEST ENVIRONMENTS AND THE ACQUISITION OF TEST DATA
· MANAGE TEST ARTIFACTS IN MERCURY QUALITY CENTER
· DEVELOP, ADMINISTER AND MANAGE THE METRICS AND REPORTING USED TO MEASURE THE VALUE, EFFECTIVENESS AND QUALITY OF THE SOFTWARE TESTING PROCESSESREQUIRED SKILL SET:4+ YEARS LEADING FUNCTION/SYSTEM TEST EFFORTS FOR LARGE SCALE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS WITH THE FOLLOWING BACKGROUND IN:
· SAP FINANCE
· STRONG ANALYTICAL, ORGANIZATIONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS. HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER INTERACTION IS EXPECTED
· ABILITY TO WORK WITH AGGRESSIVE SCHEDULES TO RELEASE PRODUCT ON TIME
· EXPERIENCE WITH MERCURY INTERACTIVE QUALITY CENTER
